Today this legacy lives on in castles, opera houses, museums, auction houses, private collections and the living traditions of Swiss cultural life. The Switzerland Heritage Project is dedicated to this legacy. Its goal is to document, through fine art photography, historical research and international cooperation, how Swiss cultural heritage, architecture, ballet, equestrian tradition and aristocratic history continue to hold relevance on the world stage. THE DMITRY SAVCHENKO CULTURAL HERITAGE ARCHIVE is a long-term international cultural platform uniting art, research and visual storytelling. Its mission is to preserve, document and promote the world's distinguished cultural heritage as a living foundation of modern civilization, not a relic of the past. The Switzerland Heritage Project builds on 6 years of collaboration between Dmitry Savchenko and Swiss cultural partners, presenting Switzerland as a chapter of THE DMITRY SAVCHENKO CULTURAL HERITAGE ARCHIVE alongside Spain and Sweden. The creative visionary behind the project is Fine Art Photographer Dmitry Savchenko https://www.dmitrysavchenkoartphotography.com/info whose artistic career has focused on European and American cultural heritage.
He is the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award, Toronto, Canada, 2022, and the Golden Palette Award, Lugano, Switzerland, 2021. Throughout his career, Dmitry Savchenko has created artistic portraits of representatives of European nobility, international ballet artists and distinguished personalities, while collaborating with museums, galleries, auction houses, cultural organisations and internationally recognised brands. His artistic vision has been shaped by the performing arts, historic architecture, aristocratic traditions and equestrian culture, including his work with Marta Rothschild at La Quinta Polo Club, California, The United States of America.

The Swiss Heritage Gala is founded on two interconnected commitments:
THE SWISS HERITAGE PROJECT GRANT
An annual grant for talented young ballet artists carrying forward the traditions and highest standards of classical ballet.
The initial grant funds will be established through the proceeds of the charitable auction held in connection with the Swiss Heritage Gala 2026. The long-term objective is to create an annual tradition of supporting exceptional young performers and the next generation of the European classical ballet tradition.
THE SWISS ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE INITIATIVE
The project will also develop an international initiative dedicated to the recognition, documentation and promotion of Switzerland's historic castles, residences and outstanding architectural heritage. The initiative will bring together cultural organisations, businesses, private patrons, foundations and owners of historic properties to promote the preservation and international recognition of these unique sites. A portion of the proceeds from each annual event will be directed towards the promotion of selected heritage sites, with public reporting on outcomes. This initiative will support new photographic cultural projects dedicated to Switzerland's historic architectural heritage. These two initiatives represent two interconnected pillars of the Swiss Heritage Project:

VIENGSAY VALDÉS and ELIER BOURZAC represent a remarkable generation of Cuban ballet artists whose careers carried the tradition of the Cuban Ballet School onto the international stage. Both were leading artists of the Ballet Nacional de Cuba, performing major roles in the classical repertoire and appearing together in celebrated works including Giselle, Swan Lake and Don Quixote.

In 1994, at the beginning of her international career, Diana Vishneva participated in the Prix de Lausanne and won the Grand Prix and Gold Medal, becoming one of the competition’s outstanding prize winners. Her journey from Gold Medal winner in Lausanne in 1994 to Vice-President of the Jury in Lausanne in 2023 represents a remarkable artistic circle: from a young dancer seeking recognition to an internationally acclaimed prima ballerina entrusted with helping identify and guide the next generation of exceptional young talent. Diana Vishneva has performed on many of the world's most prestigious stages and has been a principal dancer of the Mariinsky Ballet and a former Principal Dancer of American Ballet Theatre. Her artistic repertoire encompasses both the classical ballet tradition and major works of contemporary choreography.

In Autumn 2026, Switzerland will host an exclusive THE SWISS HERITAGE GALA organized by PromoGlobe Group LLC (USA) and Diam-Ants Ltd (Switzerland), marking the official launch of the international cultural initiative Switzerland Heritage Project. A central highlight of the gala will be the official announcement of the establishment of the annual Switzerland Heritage Project Grant for Young Ballet Dancers.

THE INTERNATIONAL ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE INITIATIVE
SWITZERLAND AS A CHAPTER OF A GLOBAL CULTURAL PROJECT. The architectural heritage of Switzerland will form an important part of THE INTERNATIONAL ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE INITIATIVE, a long-term artistic and cultural programme dedicated to documenting, interpreting and promoting historic architecture and cultural heritage through Fine Art Photography. Within this international initiative, Swiss castles, historic residences and architectural monuments will become a dedicated Swiss chapter of a broader international visual archive. The purpose of the initiative is not to present restoration as the immediate objective. Its first purpose is to bring historic heritage to greater public attention and create new international visibility for it through art and photography.
Funds generated through the Swiss Heritage Project will support new Fine Art Photography projects in Switzerland, including artistic documentation of selected historic castles and heritage properties, followed by exhibitions, publications, digital presentations and international cultural collaborations. Future presentations may include museums, galleries, universities, cultural institutions, diplomatic and consular venues, international cultural programmes, heritage events and other appropriate cultural spaces, subject to institutional cooperation and approval. Through Fine Art Photography and international exhibition, the project aims to introduce selected Swiss heritage sites to audiences beyond Switzerland and contribute to their cultural visibility, recognition and international appreciation.
The initiative will seek cooperation with castle owners, heritage organisations, museums, foundations, cultural authorities, private patrons and international cultural institutions.
FROM SWITZERLAND TO THE WORLD
The Swiss chapter will become part of Dmitry Savchenko's continuing international artistic practice, in which historic architecture, cultural heritage and the human presence of distinguished artists are brought together through Fine Art Photography. The project begins with an established international body of work and now opens a new chapter dedicated to Switzerland.
